Studio Policy
We strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, you must call or email by 5 pm on the previous Saturday. If you are unable to reschedule with the same instructor for the same day, you will be charged because our instructors are compensated on a per-client basis. All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.
All privates and classes have a 24-hour cancellation policy
All 5 session packages have a 3-month expiration
All 10 session packages have a 6-month expiration
Please note, If your package expires, you will be charged the difference between your package rate and a single session in order to use the remaining sessions.
