Suspension Training Bodyweight Exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This modality uses  the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.By simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance, you control  the intensity of your workout, making TRX® ideal for all fitness levels from professional athletes to seniors.

Rip Trainer

Rip Training (part of the TRX® system) utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to deliver a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges through leverage-variable resistance exercise movements. Whether used for high speed striking movements or slow speed strength and stability exercises, the Rip Trainer is the perfect training tool for elite level athletes, fitness enthusiasts and even people beginning to exercise for the first time.

Rip Training provides a simple, effective method to integrate rotational movements into training with the ability to layer on complexity to meet your goals. Rip Training is also an effective solution for developing and challenging mobility and stability throughout the body.

Resistance Bands

The training possibilities of resistance bands are endless. They allow you to move more freely and achieve a greater range of motion.(as opposed to a machine which controls where you start and stop). You can create resistance from all directions—the side, overhead, below, etc. You can also adjust your angle of movement (by moving the fixed point higher or lower), and combine several exercises seamlessly. Bands allow you to mimic movements that you do in real life. If you want to improve your golf or tennis swing, you can perform that exact motion with resistance—no machine can do that. Resistance bands also provide constant resistance (unlike free weights which provide more resistance when working up against gravity rather than down, towards the floor)on the concentric portion of the exercise), so the body works harder throughout the entire movement.

Free Weights

Free weights increase muscular strengthby provide external resistance. The proper use of free weights will increase the functionality of exercises to real world activities. Free weights demand a great deal of stabilizing musclestrengths to perform each movement. This will create better overall muscle tension because primary and secondary muscles will bemust working together. You can train the same muscle group in three or four different ways by changing the direction of the grip on the weight and changing the plane of motion. Free weights allow for a fast workout by allowing because there are no machines setting to adjust the user to easily transition to a new exercise without moving around and adjusting settings on a machine.
